Refund Policy

Rides can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the ride. Any cancellation withing the last 2 hours will be charged the complete ride cost.

Rides cancelled before two hours will be refunded the cost of the ride, while the booking fee will not be returned but can be applied to your next ride with AARS.
